Unhappy Long time to crank over, and hard miss under acceleration.

Hey guys, I have been dealing with this problem for about 8 months or so now, and it is really driving me nuts. The car has had two different remanufactured starters installed in the last year. The first one because the starter jus wudnt crank really, and the second one because the starter broke its teeth and also the flywheel's teeth .
But throughout that the car starts up pretty quickly when cold. But when the car warms up, and i shut it off and turn it back on it can take up to 5-10 seconds of cranking before acctually turning over and the car starting. It really makes a nice car look junky (especially around ricers!!errrr)
Also for the last 8 months or so, my car has had a really bad miss under moderate plus+ acelleration from idle. The car has even stalled on me once because the rpm's dropped so quickly. When i push the gas the rpms drop nad i have to let off the accellerator quickly so it can regain itself. It's driving me nuts. I really dont know where to start, any information you guys have is tremendously appreciated.
By the way the car is a 1994 Camaro Z28 A4, all stock except 4.11 gears.

Does it start when you go 100% on the throttle ie clear flood mode?. Maybe a leaky injector, the miss could be plugs arcing, wires or a bad opti. If it's a custom tune messing around with your crank advance might help.
