raiator has a hole!!!!help..help..

I was driving to work when I noticed my temp rising, I was only only a couple blocks away so I figured I should get there with no problem. Well I parked and then all of sudden I heard hissing noise I pop the hood, and there was coolant shooting out of my radiator , it is a very small hole next by the battery . I have a couple of questions, What would be the best way to get it back home, I live about 10 mins away..can I use some kind of sealant?. I looked online and I found a place that has them in stock(radiator) for $150.00, is this about right? One more question, is this a easy install, or does anyone have a link to a guide? Also money is very short.....Please help anyone .

ID fill it full of Water and see how bad it is. The way you described the tank has a crack in it. IF thats the case than it should make it. It might have been leaking a while. Also(Not sure on an LT1) but on an old set up you could leave the toploose where the system wouldnt built up pressure. This will slow or stop the leak. Good luck

Just build it up over the hold with some JB-kwik. Get the quick version because it hardesn in under 10 minutes where as regular JB-weld takes overnight I think.
