left bank O2 wont swing..

left bank O2 wont swing..
ok after the cam install... It runs good for about 4 miles then starts running like ****... Very Rich
We hooked up the Tech 2 and got a Injector code. and found that the left bank O2 wont swing.. It moves a little but its wont get out of 900... We know its not the sensor it self because We have tried 2 brand new ones...
Could It be a Ground? Then I thought both O2's shared the same ground. so why would one swing and not the other...
Well It wont go into closed loop and im trying to trace burnt wires but not seeing anything ...
Anyone have any ideas let me know.. My daily driver is about to take a crap and I need to get this thing running

Did you do anything about the "injector fault"? Could it be that the injector is dead, stuck open and pouring fuel into one bank, causing a "rich" (900+mV) condition? When there is a huge excess of fuel in one cylinder, it goes out the exhaust valve and uses up the residual O2 leaving the other cylinders.... = "rich". You could try swapping the injectors left-to-right, and see if the problem follows the injectors.
As far as the sensor ground - what year is your car (hard to believe you haven't figured out people need this info to help you solve your problems)? 94 and up connect both sides of the sensing element to the PCM, using separate wires. There are no common wires. The heater circuits are different, but that's not your problem. Is it possible you have a sloppy harness to the sensor, and some voltage is leaking from the heater circuit to the sensor circuit? Extensions done correctly?

The car is a 94... Ive done the driver side 02 extension twice now.
The left bank is the driver side correct?... all the plugs on the diver side where like chacoal.. I didnt pull any of the the passenger side because I figured they run of the right bank (passenger side) and that 02 was swinging good...
I keep getting a injector fault but it seems that that o2 isnt swinging before i get the code uness it takes longer to pick the code then it does for the 02 to pick it up...
I guess I need a better Idea how to track this problem down.. I know I had a leaking injector because my oil smelled like gas last year... I replaced the #1 injector but maybe that wasnt the culprit

could it be a burnt ground. Broke or pinched wire? or perhaps a bad harness?
Im staring to think its Injector like you said.. Stuck open.. because I just went and smelled my dip stick and it still smelled like gas And I just changed my oil When I put the new injector in...
I guess I need to know more about hot it works? The left bank wont leave the 900's does that mean it could only be a injector on the driver side? and... would it fatten up all the cylinders of just the ones running off the left bank O2?

I'm with Fred and would hunt down a bad injector. Did you swap the left and right side injectors yet as Fred suggested?
I was going to suggest a PCM failure. But, the PCM failure I've seen failed the O2 at 450mv. I can see how it might also fail above 1v but find it unlikely to have it fail at around 900 and fluctuating slightly. Yep, I'd look into the bad injector or bad injector wiring.
As for the O2 extensions... I've done several just by crimping the wires and have never had an issue even after several years. You have done it twice you said just to be sure. I doubt this is your problem especially with it at ~900mv.
