Just normal LE3 heads, as far as I know.

So once you get it running to its full potential, how much lower of an ET are you hoping for on the 200 shot?

Nice set-up...now you need a trans that can handle it

I like that. So that leads me to this question. Are you going to spray through the shifts or use a window switch?

We have many customers with our transmission spraying through the shifts.

We're hoping to bump the high 9's on the 200 shot.

They're K-800 K-Motion springs. Lloyd usually uses beehive springs on the LE3 stuff, but I had already bought the K-Motion springs to go with my 847, so I sent them to him. The retainers are K-Motion titanium, and the locks are K-Motion 10*

I started with a basic Nitrous Express EFI kit. I upgraded with a GenX-2 kit, NX TPS activated switch, MSD digital timing controller, and I'm using an NX "Maximizer" digital controller.
I've currently got the 150 jets in it. We're going to start there, and build from that point, depending on how the car responds.
I built the bottom end with the intentions of spraying pretty heavy.

yea, those are typical LE3 heads with the larger valve seats and bronze liners installed along with 2.055/1.60 Ferrea 6000 series valves.

The only difference is that instead of using the standard Comp 26918 bee hive springs, retainers, locks and locators, we use the K-800 springs, retainers, locks and locators that he already had purchased.

I was real worried about how much pressure we would have with these springs but they ended up around 155 seat and 400 lbs open. A lil more than I would like on a cast cam but not as high as I was expecting. I have seen people get away with this much pressure before on a cast cam.

Instead of $1700, they were only $1400 since he supplied the springs, etc.
