they are what lloyd told me to get. They are gasketed for my AFR heads, and I believe they were gapped at .40 if I remember correctly..

i have a similar problem...does it on the dyno and at the track, i have checked everything possible replaced opti, tune, wires, plugs, injectors, fuel pump.... i have a coil on the way today.

will let you know if it does the trick...

shon, I dont mean to sound like a jerk, but one page is argueing about it being valve float, and the only other suggestion is it being "ignition related". I knew that part. Now im just trying to see how to go about tracking it down..

I have a miss in my LE2 stock cubed LT1 as well. Im thinking its the plugs. It feels like the car just wants to fall on its face at high rpms.

I definatly am. After my plugs and wire change, its onto the damn stock fuel pump.

Sorry, ignition problems are sometimes tough to track down. I'm guessing that makes people hesitent to try and tell you exactly what it is. I had a similar breakup at high RPM a few years ago (when the motor was stock) and a new opti didn't fix it. I then replaced the coil, ICM and PCM (did OBDI conversion) all at the same time. It was fixed, but I'm not sure which did it. Take your pick, process of elimination, etc. Sorry.
