No, same setup that we always run that doesn't float within the limits of the stock ECU.

From experience, it should be checked once all the other has been ruled out. Sometimes it just happens.

If something is up in the system yes, like a part failure. The problem is the power will just die fast and not come back at a higher RPM, doesn't sound like his issue here.

Would be helpful if we had your dyno graph to go by to help diagnose your problems.

It looks like you have some ignition issues, that's for sure. Something helpful with WinPep is graphing HP against MPH instead of RPM which will sometimes help fill in blank spots like you have. If that works, you'll likely see the curve going all whacky right there.

On the above curve, look at how choppy it is above the blank spot--it shouldn't be that bad with smoothing on 5.

Did you feel a miss or just se it on the dyno graph? It doesn look like a miss at all to me, rather a glitch in th edyno computer. Look how the A/F disappears aswell as the ignition signal...

no you can hear it breaking up on the dyno. At the track it was a few quick "jerking" motions. Almost like if the car was on a string, and someone would tug on the string from behind... Weird example. Like a quick rev limiter bang. But the car was no where near the rev limiter. As for the AF on the dyno graph, thats cause its riding on the 13.0 line..

I'd think that if it was an ignition problem that the A/F ration would change (i.e., richer), making me still wonder if its not valvetrain related. As far as the graph cutting out, I've had the same thing happen on my Ford Taurus, the tach signal just wasnt real good.
