LE 2.2 idle MAP

What kind of MAP are you pulling @idle.

I'm idling around 900RPM @ 70 kpa.

70 kPa ~= 7in Hg vacuum. W/O knowing your cam specs, hjard to say if it's eunexpected, but if you have a decent cam with a relatively narrow LSA, it's about in the expected range. Mine is 10-11" @ 750rpm with 214/224 on a 114lsa with a 383.

I've reviewed data logs from several engines with the LE2/LE3 cams, and they do not pull a lot of vacuum. You're probably a little on the high side for MAP kPa for a 2.2, but its not that different from what I've seen - high enough to set a code for high MAP/low vacuum at idle. Seems to be a common issue.

68kPA for more than 5 seconds, with throttle 4% or less, in OBD-I.
