I have a set of adj.. lca what should i set them to ..... i will have bmr re-location brackets on as well

You could take one stocker off, measure that, then set the adjustable one the same as a good starting point...

Yeah, I have adjustables also and thats basically what I did. After you install the brackets and LCA's just make sure to measure the center of the front hubs to the rear and that they are the same. Also make sure you preload the suspension before installing them.
