KS giving me false knock?

KS giving me false knock?
Ok, first of all, I am throwing code 43.
Ive read through the thread with guys having this problem, so it has me wondering.
My spark advance and knock retard are as follows:
At Idle- Spark advance= 24* Knock retard= 5-7*
Accelerating at quarter throttle under 2K- spark advance= mid 30* Knock retard= 10-12*
Constant rpm barely any throttle around 2K- Spark advance= 45* Knock retard= 0*
Full throttle through all RPM range- Spark advance= 30 Knock retard= 7*
*Tests were done with slightly over 100 octane Race/regular fuel mix*
Ive got a hotcam, 1.6 RR's, billet valve covers (I think magnify the sound of the valve train), and an LT4 Knock module, but I still throw 43 as soon as the car gets started and runs for a few seconds.
Could I have false knock, where I just need to go ahead and delet the KM?
Also, It feels like the car has more power to spend at high rpm, but my limiter comes on at 6200. Is it safe to twist these things 6500-6600 with a stock bottom end?

Re: KS giving me false knock?
Please be patient. The people who know the answers aren't necessarily on the board 24/7.
If you have DTC 43 it means your knock sensor or the wiring is faulty. When the PCM sees that it can not rely on getting data from the knock sensor, it defaults to a preprogrammed knock retard, as a function of engine load. Since your knock sensor isn't working, the PCM is retarding timing to protect your engine. Get rid of DTC 43, and the knock retard should disappear.

Re: KS giving me false knock?
So with DTC 43 gone, it will still pick up knock when it is really present, or does it basically bypass the KS?
Also, what do you think on Max rpm for this thing? If ive got to send the computer off to get rid of DTC43, I was just going to have them totally delete the rev limiter, then put a 6AL box on it and limit it there.
