Just a thought

I have been having some low rpm stutter or miss below 2k for a while now and i have noticed alot of people having this...while i was working on my car i found out that a little black piece on the TB line that had slid downwards towards the TB spring mechanism allowing for not give the proper mixture for a low rpm well i fixed mine and the low rpm stutter went away....

On what "TB line".... EVAP vacuum line? PCV vent line? Coolant lines?

Or do you possibly mean the TB cable..... that would be close to the spring?
