I think you need to check the voltage at the tps that was suggested on other posts, there might be a bad wire or something that is causing this code. You tried replacing it twice and it didn't correct the problem and from your video your idle is really hunting so I would start at the tps. good luck

On post #16 he tells you how to do it,and which wires to check.Do you have a manual ?
If you don't you should get one,I'm not good with electronics either so maybe find a mechanic that is good with electronics and let them figure it out if you can afford it.
You will need a volt meter to check the wiring. Good luck

yah but i wasnt sure, i check the actual connector, and i didint know if i had to check the connectors at the pcm and which ones cause there are a lot of wires and wasnt sure which ones... The chilton manual shows pictures but doesnt show where they are checking for voltage.

You could unplug the tps connector, turn your key on and check gray+ and the black- wires and see if you have 5.0 volts. If you don't you will have to trace that wire back through the loom and probe the wire to see if you have the 5.0 volts.Could be a broken wire or burned wire or just a bad connection and at the worst your pcm could be bad but don't assume its bad until you check it out.As some other forum members have suggested don't just start replacing parts until you determine whats bad.Good luck

well i checked the wires and everything from my pcm and from the connector all the way back. Everything looks good. I did notice that the IAC connector was somewhat melted and the middle two holes were melted over. Dont get a code for this but could this be giving my TPS sensor a low voltage??

Hey man first I’ll apologize if anyone has already mentioned this but too many people wrote about other issue that would not cause this.

When working on electrical system especially something like this, write thing down and get yourself a load tester. Even though the line tested for volts it doesn’t men that it can carry constant power though it if that makes any sense.

First of I think someone already said it, don’t drive it because is it is something bad you don’t want to fry your computer or even worse your harness. Was the car in a flood? When you say the wire was black, do you mean corroded or burned? Electrical gremlins are a pain to figure out, its relatively easy just time consuming.

As far as your plugs, did you keep your old plugs? If you did check the tip of all of them and see which cylinders are having issues.

There are no codes for the IAC motor/wiring.

Yeah dude, pain in da *** in an understatement! How did you find out which cylinder was misfiring? What motor do you have? If the plugs and wires have been changed and still its having a issue, follow it to the ignition and to the coil if its something passed that I would take it to someone who knows what they are doing? Check if the wires are installed in the right firing order.
