Just CHanged plugs and wires now huge problem

Just CHanged plugs and wires now huge problem

Got the job done with acell 9000 wires, checked firing order and everything but when i try to start it, it goes up to 2k then rough idles for a sec or so and dies what the hell is going on?

Double check that you didn't coss a wire or two...

Sounds like you've got a couple of crossed wires. This is the way the cylinders are numbered.



REAR
8 7
6 5
4 3
2 1
FRONT

Here is how the optispark wires are numbered.

Top
4 5
6 3
8 7
2 1
Bottom


Also the very top plug goes to the Coil.

Thanks for the replys i just found out that i was a dumbass and forgot to connect the vacumn line back to the brake booster that i tooked off to check my rockers, thanks for the replys guys.
