Jet-Hot Sliptube fitment..

Anyone have any problems with the slip tube on the LT1 long tube headers?

Leaks? etc...

On my old ones, I used a 3" wide stainless band clamp from Thunder. I put some copperseal under it as well. No leaks @ 15K miles later when I sold the car.

I also had a slight leak from the slip-fit joint. I just ended up expanding the slip-fit primary a bit so it would seal.

other than slight leaks here and there, anyone unsatisfied about the slip fit joint?
