I guess I'll start by saying it depends on your setup. People like different things. I went with:
NGK-TR55 plugs, Moroso Blue Max Custom wires, New GM fuel filter, New AC Delco O2 Sensors, and an oil change. Also get a CAI if you don't already have one, or even clean the one you have.
So far I haven't had any problems with my tune up and it seems to be holding up pretty well
