Jet-Hot Headers on a 97?

after starting up the fenderless 69 camaro today with the cutout open, i found myself very aroused and lusting to drive a car that sounds like that
sooo...is Jet-Hot the cheapest way to go with full length headers? i seen that they are like $500, but what else am i going to need (other than alot of patience) to install them? y-pipe i'm sure? where do i get one and what do they cost? my car is a dual cat car, does that have any consequences on my plans?
i know alot of you have done headers already and love them.
please help me so i can do this.
thanks,
Michael.

I guess you are refering to Jet-hot's own headers and not the hooker one's. First off do you have to take emissions because if you dont just get true duals its cheaper and sound better.
Here is the parts you need.
1. Felpro gaskets $15 http://www.cmotorsports.com/
2. Header bolts (most people get stage 8 locking)
3. Taylor OVC wire set $100 http://www.thunderracing.com/
so you dont burn wires.
4. Might as well get new plugs will your in there NGK TR55 $2 a piece
5. A y-pipe usually cost about $180 installed for a custom one here in MD. I here bad things about the Mufflex y-pipe.

I just recently got Lt's and true duas done and man does it run like a beast. You will be happy with the LT's

well, i guess i'm referring to jet-hot's own headers. i read in another post that they are pretty much the same as the hookers, is this right? if so, then yeah i'll just buy jet-hot's.
