Installed a New Solid Roler and Lifters, No Ignition

Replaced my Crane Cam solid roller and lifters because of a collasped lifter 2-months ago. I've been trouble shooting no ignition for 3-weeks now Engine cranks fine. No fire. I have Bob Bailey's LTCC set-up and it's been working flawlessly since I installed it on this motor 3 years ago. Bob has been very helpful on trouble shooting this issue via email. I've even sent him the ignition box and it checked out fine on his end. I re-installed it today and no red or green indicator light up at all when cranking the ignition.

The voltage across the a,b,c,d terminals in his recieving opti pig-tail are 1.46, 1.46, 1.46, and 1.87. Voltage across the factory ignition pig-tail pins is 4.89, 5.01, 10.89, 0. Voltage across the battery is 11.0. I've checked and double checked all grounds.

I've changed the opti-spark twice! The current installed opti is the MSD Pro Billet. I've verified the Comp Cam sensor pin is the right length and is engaging the MSD opti distributor.

I've also followed shbox's opti trouble shooting method to the best of my ability even though I don't have a coil anymore.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

I am completely losing my mind over this. LT Motor and Car is completely BADASS and won't fire
