Umm dude you need to get that tuned. with all those mods theres no way in hell that stock tuning can work. call Ion at madz28.com of check out pcm4less. both are great but im partial to Ion. he has great customer service and has done several cars that are almost exactly the same as yours.

Re: installed LLoyd elliot LE2

well you prolly fouled the plugs. if its puffing black smoke when your on the gas then those plugs wont last long. dont drive it, send the PCM to Ion and put new plugs in it.

Re: installed LLoyd elliot LE2

fuel filters are cheep and might as well change that.

I would NOT drive the car before getting it tuned.

The computer will be freaking out and dumping WAY to much fuel. If you are locky, you just replace the O2's and a new set of plugs and be dione with it. If you drive it very long, you will destroy the cylinder hone and pretty much "wet sand" the cylinders to the point the rings will never seal and the car will never run. Once the oil is contaminated with gas, the engine has to try and lubricate with this oil and main/rod bearing problems and piston/pin gaulling problems are right aroind the corner.

You REALLY need to get a tune before it is too late.

Re: installed LLoyd elliot LE2

With that kind of work, I would not drive it without a tune.

Yeah or just get a program that will let you drive it around. Ion, PCM4Less can help you with this. DONT DRIVE IT THERE!!!!

Re: installed LLoyd elliot LE2

If you have a laptop and the tuning software I can send you my tune with my LE2 heads/GM847. At least it will be a lot closer.

Re: installed LLoyd elliot LE2

Im confused as to why he's running rich though (unless he upgraded the injectors too, which I didn't see any mention of)

Assuming the fuel system is still sotck, the pcm should be able to acommodate the upgrades via fuel trims while he is cruising in close-loop non-PE. While he is in PE, if anything the car should be leaning out with all of the extra breathing ability.
