Injector pulse problem

I have a 95 camaro 383 lt1,six speed. The engine has ported heads,1.6rr,rev kit,30# injectors,58mm throttle body, msd,k&n fipk, ported mass air,lt headers,no cats, new distrubter, new wires, new plugs and a new walbro 255 lph pump. The engine was just built. At 6100 rpm the injector pulse drops and the car falls on its face. I have changed the 02 sensors, tps sensor, mass air, spark control module, coil, map sensor and computer. The only thing left to change are the injectors(used) and the distrubter (new GM). I am at the end of my rope. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Re: Injector pulse problem

What are you using to scan injector pulse widths?

Assuming the scanner is accurate, pulse width is derived mathematically from mass air flow and target A/F ratio. Either the air flow into the engine is dropping suddenly (actual, or faulty sensor data), or the programming has the target messed up. Is it possible you are floating the valves, which would certainly kill air flow?

Re: Injector pulse problem

The stock rev limiter cuts fuel... sounds like you just need to bump it with a tune.
