Impact shut off for fuel pump?

Impact shut off for fuel pump?
do the F bodies have an impact sensor that will shut off the fuel pump?
the 96 bird in my sig turns over and will run when fuel is sprayed into the TB.
I know my 89 Stang had one incase of an impact it would shut off the fuel pump to prevent a fire etc..
