Immediate TBB Help please!

I have NO idea how I'm supposed to reach the clamp on the left side of my '94 Z28. NO WAY IN HELL could I ever reach that left side clamp, even after disconnecting the IAT sensor. How did you guys reach it?

one of the better reasons to replace the crapy squeeze clamps with screw clamps. you are talking about the one on the left side (looking straight at the car), on the bottom, the coolent line?

if this is the one i have a tool that is great for squeeze clamps. it has a grip, when squeezed pushes a clamp together. the clamp and the grip are connected together buy what looks like a bicycle hand brake line. if you cant find one of these try taking the TB off and putting it in a better possition.

yeah. the tool described is what i used. if you cant find the tool, take the tb off the intake to get a better angle on the line.

I have used a long 45 bend needle nose. It worked pretty good for me.

is the left-side coolant line the one that faces exactly downwards at the ground? in the diagram I have the coolant line appears to be facing more towards the front of the car than downwards. Even if I take the clamp off on the left side, I can't hold the coolant line from just dropping. I'm about to give up....tbb is the most difficult mod EVER! lol

all you do is pull the clamp off and remove the hose.

Put a rag down so you don't spray the opti with coolant. I have heard of them getting wiped from getting wet!
