I have a le2 383. sometimes it wont start unless you give it some gas. when I turn on the a/c it trys to die. any sugestions?

 

How do you "give it some gas"? Moving the throttle at startup doesn't really do anything besides let more air in. If you put it on the floor, the PCM goes into "clear flood" mode.

Sounds like your IAC motor may not be working to control the idle speed. What throttle body are you using? Some appear to cause problems with the functioning of the idle air path.
