I think might have found my Problem!

Well, my car and I been having some problems, It all started coming back from my the girlfriends house the car would not shift out of second , drove checked fluid it was ok then drove home in second gear slow , took it to the tranny guy on the way car started another problem i was pissed got it scanned, I got codes , Iac,trans output sensor and mass, well I had a small vacuum leak between my throttle body and the Cai, fixed that, changed tps sensor, car seemed to idle better, well changed my VSS, car still did not shift for anything had a loss of power , so I checked for arching the other night and the coil was arching crazy, so i changed that today took the car out and drove it real easy it actually shifted to 3rd and 4th, drove about 3 miles and let it shift thru all gears it seemed fine ,Im not saying its totally fixed im gonna have to drive it a couple days to see if will shift correct, and btw you guys having tranny problems, it could be your COil

Ouch! That's what a paragraph looks like without periods eh? LOL

Well, that's good to hear though. Hope all is cured. You say the coil may be the culprit? How does the coil relate to tranny issues?
