I need help with a miss, I've basically tried everything

I cant fix the miss, its been there for about a month, it started out as barley noticeable, and now it sputters and backfires out the intake/exhast. So far I've put in a new opti, tried a new coil, tried the ICM, changed the plugs, and a new coil wire. The fuel pressure is 50psi with the vacume line disconnected, 44 with it connected, with a stock fuel pressure regulator. When I rev it in neutral, it jumps to 50psi with the line connected. The only thing I can think of is its the wires, but I started it up in my garage in the pitch black and didn't see any arcing at all. I'm ****ing fed up with this ****
Edit, It does it cold or hot, doesn't make a difference, it does it as soon as i pull out of my driveway. And I changed the 02's that didn't help, and it does it before it starts reading the 02's. The passenger bank header tubes read about ~100 degrees hotter after a 2 minute drive than the driver side if that makes a difference. And its more than 1 cylinder missing, its all of them.

I had the same problem and changed about the same as you (opti, coil, coil wire cap and rotor re-set the valves, new plugs) and still had the same problem. It turned out to be a bad plug wire set, I changed my wires and it runs great with no miss. Man I was so pissed!! Hope this helps with your problem.

Just narrowed down my miss to bad wires as well...

Ususally start with the simple things first, like the spark plugs, and the wires, then move on to the more difficult. When I change my plugs, I always spray an electrical cleaner on them and wipe each plug off to make sure that they are clean. Just having the oil or dirt on your hands can cause an arcing and miss. I learned the hard way that with the high voltage that these cars have, that its the little things that will drive you crazy. I run MSD wires and have never had a problem with them.

Have you ever had it scanned to look at the misfire counts for each individual cylinder? That might help you pin down the problem.

Maybe a clogged or leaky injector?? That's only thing I can think of that would be diff from one side to the other. How's the coolant temp? Check each plug wire for resistance with a DVOM, they can fail without arcing anywhere.

Well I took it to a mechanic. The compression is good, fp is good, fuel injectors are good, valve lash is good. He said only 3 cylinders were firing correctly. I'm having MSD wires overnighted from summit, so I'm gonna give those a try tomarrow.

Also, check your opti connector and harness for corrosion or a nicked wire. You may have a good opti, but it might not be getting a good signal to the PCM.
