I can't believe my 02 sensor is bad??

Well part of my hesitation is a bad 02 sensor along with the opti but the 02 sensor was just replaced about 1month ago when i did my headers. Any idea what would make it go bad so quick?

How do you know its the O2 sensor thats bad?

You might be burning an O2 sensor wire or your MAF might be bad and telling the PCM to dump too much fuel into the cylinder.

sorry the shop didnt get it from reading the codes he put his scanner on it. The passenger side 02 was fine it would fluctuate with the rpm's where as the drivers side was stuck at like 452-453 the whole time so i'm going to replace my 02 and hope this solves the rest of my problems

do you have heated o2's?...4 wire or 1 wire version?...i have heard of some people having trouble with the non-heated ones after long tube install b/c they were too far away to get an accurate reading...

Swtich the O2 sensors from side-to-side. If the problem follows the O2 sensor, the sensor is faulty. If the problem stays on the same side, its a wiring problem. I'd try that before dumping money into a new sensor. Being stuck at 450mV means there is no signal from the sensor... all the PCM is seeing is its own bias voltage. Could be a faulty sensor, could be a faulty wire.
