How tight for header bolts?

How tight for header bolts?

How tight do you guys torque down your header bolts??? There is no way I can get a torque wrech in there with these Hooker LT's.

if you can get a torque wrench on one of them, then get a regular wrench on it and feel how tight it is...tighten the rest down to as close as you can. From Injuneer's install guide:

The spec for torquing them is 30-35 ft-lb (check-are these 3/8"-16?) using grade 8 bolts with oil, and 23 ft-lb using moly. I think the anti-seize most closely matches "moly"

With Stage 8s I tightened them tight with a short wrench (not much leverage) and have had no problems.
