Pull the PCM fuse for 10 minutes. That will reset it.

It's the PCM BAT fuse. 30 seconds will do fine.

If the light is on, there is an active problem that needs to be fixed. If the problem goes away, the SES light will go out, and the code that turned the light on will remain stored in the PCM for quite a while. You can clear the light as Shoebox indicated, but if the system still has the problem that turned the light on in the first place, it will eventually come back. Turning the light out doesn't "fix" anything. It just loses the stored code.

Have you scanned it for codes? Many auto parts store will do OBD-II for free, or you can get a code scanner for less than $50 from Harbor Freight.
