To answer your question, a 100 shot is fine for a stock tune, proper spark plugs and gap will help
I have been using a 150 shot on a stock tune for a long time. since my tune I still use a 150 shot however I do not suggest to anyone to do this! You should have 2-4° of timing pulled!!
Be sure your fuel pump is good and your injectors are in proper working order.. Follow the directions of how to instal the kit and have a great time....
