has anybody done the lt4 hot cam kit. How much hp was gained, will it still pass smog in CA??

I've heard of several people in ca that have passed with it, as for hp gains 35-45 is common with tuning.

 

The average gains would be about 30 RHWP, but that would be AFTER tuning, which is strongly recommended when getting the kit put in. I still have to go to the dyno.

U should be able to pass emission with the hot cam kit, granted it is properly tuning and ur cat is good.
