How many fuel filters are there on my 97 Z?

How many fuel filters are there on my 97 Z?
I know of the little one under the car near the gas tank, but is there another one? My freind with an old 240D has 2 of them, one is small like mine and one is big and its in the engine compartment. Just checking to make sure I didn't grossly overlook anything
