Been waiting for mine for 3+ months. Wrote numerous emails, PMs etc, never responded. I just about gave up on it.

Get a grip on reality. This guy (Harlan) is putting out THE BEST product in it's class for practically nothing. I really think he's doing it more out of his heart (to basically "give" people a truly good product) rather than for profit.

If you can't grasp what it takes on the engineering/production side of producing the equipment that he does, and not think more broadly than to cling to a shipping quote then I pity you.

If Harlan gets enough flak and negative response from just a few impatient, non-appreciating cheapskates for not meeting a shipping deadline then I'm sure he'll close up shop and tell everyone to screw off. Then there will be many people that could appreciate his product quality and design that would be slighted.

There's not one person who has NOT received his/her ordered product from Harlan. The delivery date may have been delayed, but he's followed through on every order.

You need to give the guy a break and take the whole situation into account. Harlan provides excellent niche, custom products that are much better than you can buy mainstream. If you explore his site he states that he is "one guy" producing custom components in his spare time. If you can't appreciate that then by all means, go buy a mainstream, off-the-shelf product. Shipping time will be minimal if you pay for it at the counter. You'll also have piece of mind that you bought "second-best" and paid twice as much.

I don't give a damn who he is or how many people work for him. Evidentally you don't know how a business is run. He claims he will ship in X amount of days......3 weeks after the date it was supposed to ship....still no product and none of your emails returned. Get a grip bud.....he is the one who should be pitied....he will do nothing but lose business treating customers like that. A simple...dude it's gonna be a month.....woulda helped instead of him lying. It's not that hard to build them as I have a buddy who builds custom nitrous controllers with ALOT more to em. The main reason everyone gets pissed is that he KNOWS it's gonna take alot longer than he says and doesn't give you the common courtesy in telling you that even AFTER you send him your money. That is SCREWING someone. I don't like someone having my money ($55 is $55 when you don't have mommy and daddy supplying your cash) and them just ignoring my emails. Bottom Line - I hope he starts treating people like they deserve....if he doesn't....he'll never know how bad it hurt his business. There is no middle man....he's making probably $30 per unit....maybe more if he's buying in real bulk...but just a guess. He's not a non profit organization (wouldn't be bitching if he was).

Joe

BTW - If you don't care if your screwed then that's ur problem....doesn't mean that everyone shouldn't care.

This guy needs to put the expected wait on his f-ing website already.. God knows how many times I have seen posts asking where their stuff is. It is not rocket science.... They guy should have learned by now he pisses people off without knowing the wait time. Great products he has, but c-mon already.
