I just bought one from a board member and he mentioned that there is around a 6 week wait right now to get them direct from Harlan.

I ordered a window switch from Harlan. Excellent product. I did have to wait a tad over 3 weeks for it with no feedback from e-mails.

I'm sure you'll get your shift light, but it'll be worth the wait.

I've been using my Harlan shift light for about 2 years. It's great! I mounted it on my steering column with some velcro. That way it's easy to set the switches.

It's been about 2 1/2 weeks here and I haven't received a reply as of yet.

Sure is...can't u tell?

Joseph

I don't ignore my emails, I just can't get to them
everyday right now. If i happen to catch one early, i
reply. It's not uncommon for it to take over a week
or sometimes more for me to get back to people. Not
easy to keep up with 30+ new ones a day, and work and
the shiftlight business. It's test trip season for
work right now, and travel is frequent.

i'm sure you have another email in my inbox, but what
can i answer for you? If it's fairly recent, i'll
probably get it to it this afternoon. I'm kinda dead
in the water at work right now.

harlan

That was my response after acting irritated....that's no way to do business.

Did anyone besides me notice that he says that shift lights ship in 7-10 days? We all met that but still no shipment. I don't give a crap how many orders he says he's getting....if the info on his site says 7-10 days it should ship in 7-10 days.
