Angry How the hell do you get the #7 plug off with BBK headers?!?!

I very easily got the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 plugs switched out today and yesterday. I thought something was too easy. The 6 plug, I had to use my specially made socket (sold on Ebay and SLP), 5 I had to crawl underneath and unbolt the steering knuckle.

With the 7 plug, I cannot even get my special 1 3/8 long socket around the plug I thought BBKs were a very well engineered till I saw that there was no room in that area.

Thoughts? Ideas?

I don't have access to a welder but you've given me a good idea.

I run BBK'S also.I bought a cheap 5/8 spark plug socket that has the hex made into one end already.I cut it as short as possible and still be able to grab the plug. Most plug sockets are made so the the end of the plug can go through the socket.Use an open end wrench to R&R.
