How do you reset the pcm or ecm?

Pull one of the the battery cables off.

Unplug the Negative cable off the battery.

pull the pcm fuse out for about 15 minutes, then put it back in..

I don't think that pulling the fuse will reset any codes though. But then again, I don't know if that's what he actually needs from reading his post.

Pull both fuses from the fuse box in side the car for 1 min. this will work not 15 min.

Pull the fuse marked "PCM BAT" in the panel on the drivers end of the dash in your 94, for 30 seconds. This will clear the volatile portion of memory, including the long term fuel corrections, trouble codes, and learned idle position.

If you decide to pull the battery cable, make sure you know your radio security code.

EASIEST way IMHO is just to unhook the negative side of the battery
