How do you pull the codes on a '94?

Just wondering if theres a way to do it without a scanner, or if not, what scanner everyone uses. Thanks for any help in advance.

You must use a scanner or scanning software. Autoxray, Actron and others for scanners, Freescan, TTS Datamaster and others for scanning software. Injuneer has a page for scanning choices, but I cannot locate it right now. There are a lot of choices.

Yeah. If you want to be able to monitor engine data, get one that does more than just read the codes (worth the $$). Don't let anyone tell you that you can just short pins and read the codes, because you can't on a 1994.
