How do I port the intake manifold to 58mm

I am going to buy a BBK 58MM throttle body very soon, and I know that the stock IM port is only 52MM and the stock body is 48MM, So how do I make the ports bigger?

Brent Franker has an online guide. I personally wouldn't attempt it with the manifold on the engine.... but look it over and see what you think.

Porting the intake to 52mm (or 58mm) is very easy. The aluminum is very soft and does not have to be extremly acurate. as long as the edges are smoth and allows the air to pss through. It's not a big job and can be done very quickly. Do it with the intake OFF.

Place your 58mm gasket on the intake opening, fill in the area that needs to be removed, and get to it!

Intake off.
