Dont know about the torx bit size but I do know that there is a tool that you buy to disconnect the fuel lines. There is several types of tools but it is a circle piece that slides into the fitting, You then push the line on further, And then pull off. All auto parts stores sell this tool, Simply called a fuel line disconnect tool.

The fuel lines are two different sizes, so make sure you get the tool with both sizes on it.

Re: how to diconnect fuel lines?

The Torx screw on the FPR is a T27. And, there is no need to disconnect the fuel lines. You release the clip the holds the 2 hard lines to the intake manifold bracket, and pull the spring clip off the regulator, and the line pulls out of the regulator. Much easier that way, IMHO.
