no i bought it from a board memeber and when i got it it had a piece of tape that had lt4 wrote on it. knowing my luck i got screwed again. so there is no way to check it other than the part number?

the top looks just like the one one the pics. but no numbers at all. i can't even see anything that looks like markings or scratches. so i guess the only thing i can do is just try it. i'm installing the mods listed below this weekend.
if it is a regular lt1 km will it run with the RRs. or should i put a resistor in line with the knock sensor?
