Hotcam 1/4 mile times

Hey just got back from the track
ran:
R/T: .591
60': 2.335
1/8: 8.876 mph 86.91
1/4: 13.420 mph 114.06
thats on stock heads and everything and mods in sig
im pretty impressed w/ the mph i just need some dr

MPH looks good, with a better 60FT you should see some good times. How do you like the cam? That's what I'm thinking of going with, I already have the rockers and springs in now.

that kind of mph isnt normally reached with just 328 hp. that ss that seems a bit high for what you have.. are you sure your not spraying a 75 shot or something?

when i went to the dyno i was having a few issues w/ my car
im going again on aug 24th

I agree that the mph is pretty high, especially for stock heads. Get that 60ft. down and your a solid mid 12sec. car.

1/4 mph is way high compared to 1/8th mph. You picked up 28mph in the 2nd half. Thats a big jump for a stock head hotcam'd car. I dont see you making more than 340-345rwhp, so it makes me wonder whether the slip is right. I have seen errors before. Maybe it is, maybe it isnt.

I'm kinda thinking the same thing. He picked up 27 mph in the second half of the track. You must have been spinning pretty bad through second gear to run that number. If it is correct, you have one strong running car.

its my second time @ the track and last time i was 13.6@ 113 mph so its correct
