No, the third member is the differential/axles/rear end.

I think that if you're running a decent quality set of shorties/mids, the difference is negligible. As in, different car on a different day type stuff, and you'll never get a conclusive answer.
I'm still switching to LTs at some point though...

negligible? there is a reason primaries are tuned to length - there is a difference.

Oh ok, then yes the duals are run under the axle. Thanks Jason for the sound clip but I think it sounds a little off on my computer.
