Horn
When i depress the airbag thing on my steering wheel the horn(s) wont sound. i listened for the horn relay to click and i didnt hear it, so im fixing to replace it, i was also told that there is a fuse somewhere that is for the int lights/horn/cig lighter, the int lights work great, but the cig lighter doesnt work, seems kinda strange. anyways if someone could tell me where this fuse is on a '95 T/A that would be a great help, as would any other advice on what might be causing the problem. i figured if it was the horns themselves one or the other would have gone out but not both at the same time. Thanks very much for all the help and sorry my first post had to be so long, and about the horn

This happened to me once before too about 3 years ago.
I pulled the fuse for the Cig/horn located in the fuse box terminal by the driver side door and replaced the fuse. When I hit the horn the fuse blew again.
So I disconnected the panel (under the car right below the passenger side head light) and disconnect both horns. Then I plug one horn (we will call that horn, horn 1) back in and plugged another fuse back in to see if that horn was causing the problem. Horn 1 worked fine without blowing the fuse. Next I disconnected that horn 1 and reconnected horn 2. Horn 2 worked fine. Finally I reconnected both horns back up and they both worked fine together, with out blowing out the fuse and has been working fine for the past 3 years. I dont know what kinda freggin gremlins was in my car that day but the problem never came back. The only thing I could think of was that the connection to one of the horns was dirty or got wet somehow that cause the fuse to blow out. I am just telling you all this because you should check everything before you go spend cash on a new horn.
Hope that helps,
Claude

I had to fix my horn for last inspection.
The relay was working properly and giving 12 V switched on the output side, obvioulsy the dash switch worked too. The horns were working properly when jumped with 12V. I traced the horn wire accross the front by the fans, but thats all the further i could trace it in that big huge wire loom. It still had connectivity with the horns. It was probably a bad connection at the firewall. It looked like i'd probably have to tear out the dash and pull the engine so i could get in there! hahha. I just ran a new wire from the relay out the door with my alarm wire to infront of the fans where i picked up the horn wire. It's ghetto as hell, but my horns work......actually 1 stopped working but the low tone still works.
Hopefully yours is just the relay and not something so bizarre.
