Ok this is strange, My horn doesnt work. <--- Not the strange part. The issue is when I press the horn button I hear the relay making a clicking noise. here is where it gets weird. My fans start running. If i hold the horn button down. The relay keeps clicking and the fans run. Also while im driving from time to time I will push the horn and it will do as just described and other times it will do nothing. When it does nothing the cigarette lighter will not function as well. when i push the horn and it does click the relay and fans come on the cigarette lighter works fine. I hope this makes sense. Any help would be great. It drives me nuts when things dont work properly. Does it sound like a bad ground or something. Car hasnt been wrecked or anything strange happen to it. It just started doing this one day.

well, since it works sometimes.. most likely not the fuse, otherwise it shouldnt work at all.... sounds like a crossed wire someplace..
