hit a pot hole

It took the rim out bad, got a new wheel, got an alighnment done. I do notice that the steering is kinda pointed down to the passenger side, which is the wheel that hit the pot hole. I got under the car and nothing looks visibly broken or is making noise. The car still sits level also. All the suspension is 100% stock 93. The steering wheel just isnt staright any more while driving. I'm sure the car needs new ball joints and tie rod ends, due the age. The guy that did the alighnment didnt nitice any thing broken, just worn out tie rod ends.

Re: hit a pot hole

it's an alignment problem, if it's really bothersome just go talk to the people who did your alignment and they can fix it for you.

Re: hit a pot hole

Last year a buddy of mine hit a pot hole for some roadwork that wasnt coned or marked in any way. He sent a letter and some pics to the township and they sent him like a $150 check for a new rim.

I tried that but the city of Houston has so much red tape and stipulations, you could never get them to pay.
