High rpm miss

I have a miss at between 4500-5500 rpm. It only happens in 2nd that ive noticed, not in 1st. It only happens in the heat of the day when the car is running hot. Whats your thoughts?

Dunno if its related but the 3100 series engines had a very similar problem. Not much but thought I'd throw some trivia your way see if it sparks anything in your mind.
