This might help some people. Cheapest place I've found yet.
Not only cheap, but also does an outstanding job. In addition, he furnishes a complete before and after analysis of your injectors, so you can see what was found.

Re: Hesitation off idle

Yeah I did a LOT of replacing stuff on my car, spent over $5K in changing/replacing all that bull**** with the exception of the injectors...

I just ended up getting rid of my 93LT1 and instead got what I have now.

Good hunting folks! This is a wonderful thread, lots of possibilities for the same symptoms.

The only thing I would suggest is to do the easy stuff first, bottom-line by replacing the easy stuff you miiiight get lucky and solve your dilemma, and if not, well then hey at least you are replacing stuff that you would normally be replacing anyway.

Well, after building up a new motor with all new sensors, save MAF, after 500 miles the dreaded hesitation syndrome has hit us too.

New injectors
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
New ICM
New Coil
New Opti
New CTS
New Knock sensor
New IAT
New TB, TPS, IAC
New plugs, wires
New oil pressure sending unit
New motor (heads, intake, short block, cam)

Here is a link to the datamaster file

More data to the mix.

Resolved. The plugs had only 500 miles on them and were shot. We were using Delco R44LTS plugs. We used the multimeter to test the resistance of each plug as they were removed. A couple of them had really really high resistance > 50kohms (one of them even appeard to have an internal fracture that caused it to loose connection all together); the otheres were in the 5kohm range.

We replaced them with Autolite AP106s, gapped at .036. When installing them we checked the resistance of the new ones too. All came in at 5kohm.

So thats that, hesitation and chug-a-lug is gone.

New TPS
New Fuel Filter
Cleaned MAF
Cleaned MAP
Cleaned TB/Intake (seafoam)
Changed oil

Hey guys I had the same problem and originally I learned that it was because of a vacuum hose on the back of the engine. I was told to pull the hose off and block it with a screw. I have never had that hesitation since. 3 of my other friends have camaros and they had the same problem and this fixed it. Just a thought... there can be so many things to cause hesitation as I read through these 29 page postings haha.

I know this is an ancient thread-but--------

check ECT-use a scanner -also, think about replacing the MAF Screen if you have removed it and this problem occurred about 2-3 weeks later
