Hesitation @ low rpm???? What to do

I have a 96 Z28 with hooker long tubes, slp cai, 1.6 rollers, straight pipe, zex nitrous. I have been having hesitation problems on and off in the low rpm. It seems as though when the car is cold it runs fine, but when it warms up it starts to drop cylinders. I have just replace the opti, ignition module, sparkplug wires and it has new spark plugs. I have checked all the connections about 10 times and everything is cool. I am lost as to what I should check or change next. Any help or previous experience would be greatly appreciated.

I thought I read on hear that it could be your O2 sensors. I have the same problem but moved and left my car at my moms house so I didnt get to see if it works or not. Just something to check. Let me know if thats what it was.

I had the same problem; a slight hesitation/stumble @ 1300 - 1500 rpm. Mine was cause by a bad egr. Also, have you checked your coil yet?
