Your fuel pressure does not seem bad to me. It could be a little more, but your pressure is not enough of an issue to keep it from starting. If you think it might be flooded from a leaky injector, hold the accelerator pedal to the floor while cranking. That will stop the injectors from adding more fuel and will give the engine maximum air.

Did you ever check the spark?

Shoebox, I did check the spark and it was fine so tonight I got under the car and made sure that all of the plugs going into my opti were on tight, then I did a resistance check on my ignition coil which checked good. I also checked for power going to it which was also good. Then I put it back together and rechecked my spark and when my buddy turned the key it fired right up! I don't know why or how I fixed it but hopefully it is for good! Do you think that it would be worth changing out the pressure regulator anyways because my pressure is still a little low. ( with engine running it is at 40 psi ) because I do have one on hand??? I really appreciate all of the help the last couple of days. Thanks again
