Angry Help, wheel is stuck in place

I bought ET streets mounted on LT1 TA wheel a couple days ago. Last night I tried them out, the right wheel felt kind of out of balance when putting it on and took quite a bit of torquing to get tight. Well when I got back I tried to take them back off and the wheel is jammed up against the rotors offset. The lug nuts came right off and the studs are all centered in their holes. Ive tried kicking the tire off and setting the car down with lugnuts off in hopes of getting it to pop off, but the studs stay centered. Im hoping I dont have to slide the axle out to get it off. Is there a tool to get it off or should I probably take it somewhere?

What year are the new wheels off of? If you try and put the later model wheels on an early model, like your 94, you will have a problem getting the wheel over the rear hubs. The inside diameter of the wheel needs to be sanded to fit over the over-sized hub used on the early year 4th Gens. If that's the problem, you have an interference fit, from forcing the wheels onto the oversize hubs by over torquing it. Not a good idea. Now you will have to force the wheels off the hubs, and sand the inner diameter of the wheel. Check for cracks before you start sanding, you could have damaged the wheels.

Thats probably the cause, but Im having great difficulty getting the wheel off. To top it off, I think I stripped one of the lugnuts/studs. Im going to have to take it somewhere.

Thanks

You should have taken the hint when the wheel was difficult to install. Now, you are having to deal with the consequences. Sorry.
