Brake Calipers

Hi all,

So I decided to get my brake calipers powder coated and they turned out great. After re-installing everything, I can't seem to get the brakes to work. The front left seems fine, but the right front is almost stuck shut and the rear's will not stop.

I currently have the care on jacks and am testing the rears by putting it in gear and then pressing the brakes. I actually noticed that only one rotor is spinning too. Are both supposed to spin in opposite directions?

Also, with the engine running and the car on jacks in gear, as I depress the brakes, I almost feel like the brake pedal is fighting back.

Is there a special bleeding process when all four calipers are removed at the same time? I have fluid coming out of all 8 bleeders.

I also don't think that the powder coating place covered the holes properly and I fear that there is sand inside the calipers. Any suggestions?
