HELP w/ unlocking the door.....
HELP w/ unlocking the door.....
Heres the story...
last night i changed the drivers side and pass side window motors in my 94 z.
Today i went to go unlock the door from the outside and i cant open with door. So basically after i lock the doors, the only way to get back into the car is to open the trunk and climb in.
Heres my question, did i accidently not hook something back up when i removed the door panel etc? or is it possible i might have accidently done something during the window motor process that caused this to happen to both the drivers side and pass side doors? Also i think that something thats tied into the doors not opening is that when im in the car and hit the lock button, it doesnt lock but i can hit the unlock and it unlocks?
any ideas before i take apart the door again?
thanks guys!

Re: HELP w/ unlocking the door.....
First off, you're in the wrong area. This is the LT1 ENGINE section.
Second, This is one of those things where you would have to actually look at it to see what the problem is, but it sounds like you just forgot to connect something. Your gonna have to tear into it again anyway, so just do it and take a look at what you forgot.
