but i dont think his heads will make 450rwhp. I may be wrong. But for his goals i'm not really thinking stock head castings.

2500 for a turbo setup, ya right. A grand would not get you the other stuff. how about the aftermarket computer? thats 2k in itsself.

I said $2500 would be scraping the tip, but would put him far on his way...
I dont think he's into forced induction anyway.. but it would get you 450rwhp if you went with an easy S/C.

What's wrong with editing your current PCM? FAST system can be bought for $1200 if needed...

2500 wouldnt even scrape the surface let alone put him far on his way.
Someone mentioned stall for A4, he has m6 so a stage 3 clutch is necc. for sure to hold that power.
I would start off with doing exhaust mods. LT's/y-pipe or x-pipe and cat back. Then move into the thnigs needed to support the engine.
Fuel system only needs a 255lph intank so that's not bad.
Then engine:
Heads
Cam
Rocker Arms
pushrods
guide plates
lifters
gaskets
new wires/plugs/02's and extensions
Timing chain
waterpump while your their.
This will take care of the top end. Bottom end is endless
Pistons
Rods
bearings
oil pump, etc.
Also you'll want to keep in mind you'll need a new rear end with that much power!!!!!
Also, labor will set you back at least 2K + dyno tuning.
I'd start out with a baseline dyno of your surrent set up and break out your goals from there.

you obviously know nothing about a turbosetup on an lt1
